STEP 1: Click on the link here to take you to my SeriousMD landing page.
STEP 2: Click on the BOOK APPOINTMENT button.
STEP 3: Select if you are a new or existing patient then select the date you want to schedule the appointment. Read the terms and conditions and tick the box. Click continue.
STEP 4: Fill in your personal details then click SUBMIT.
STEP 5: Fill in the CONSENT FORM seen below and click submit.
STEP 6: Download the NOW SERVING app.
The download link will be sent to your email and/or phone. We will use this app to communicate during our teleconsult.
STEP 7: Chill. ;) Wait for your appointment date. Wait for the message that comes with a unique link. you just need to tap that link and you are ready to answer the call.
